This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on youphorin.com and youphorin.hu are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner Boxy Logistics

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) are packed the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Once fulfilled, packages are handed over to the selected courier or pickup network the following day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and another notification once it has shipped.
Delivery Methods
We currently offer delivery through the following partners in Hungary:
1. Door Delivery (Home or Workplace)
Carried out via Boxy’s courier partners.
2. FOXPOST Pickup Points / Parcel Lockers
You may select any FOXPOST automated locker at checkout.
Once the package arrives, FOXPOST will notify you via SMS or email.

Delivery Times (Hungary)
Typical delivery timelines:

1–3 business days after handover to the courier or pickup network

Remote areas may take one additional day
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.
International Shipping
If your region is supported, available delivery options and rates will appear at checkout.
If no methods appear, shipping is currently unavailable to your country.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (depending on the courier method selected). Tracking information may take several hours to update after dispatch.
Issues With Delivery
Please contact us at info@youphorin.hu if:

Your tracking number does not update

Your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it

Your FOXPOST pickup window expires

The courier was unable to deliver your order
We will help resolve the issue with Boxy or the relevant courier partner.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address, or
-
Failure to pick up / accept the package
We can reship the order for an additional shipping fee.
Alternatively, you may request a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

Photos of the package and product
We will work with Boxy and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
